The employee engagement crisis:

In the UK 20% of Employees are engaged.

60% are not engaged

20% are actively disengaged.

As business manager this scares me.

Let's investigate.




Let's Gamechange Africa

Engagement is lacking in modern business. 

The more complicated our communication and interaction tools become, the more disengaged employees and teams seem to become. 

Engagement Engineering is notes on my journey to do two things

1. Gamechanging Africa
2. Tweaking our engagement methods in organisations to make more effective use of the potential of serious games, gamification and the principles of engagement engineering yet to crystalise in my PhD journey.
